We are so proud of Toro Football for making it to the state championship game on Saturday! Huge shout-out to the players, coaches, and staff for an absolutely incredible season. And a huge shoutout to Pom, Cheer, and Band for the amazing support and spirit they provided at every game. It’s better to be a Toro than to compete against one!
We want to highlight some of the amazing records our football players set this year. For the first time in our school’s history, we had two 1,000+ yard receivers in the same season. Congratulations Mikey Sumko and Talan Arnett. Talan Arnett set a team AND a state record with 24 receiving touchdowns. Dom Girard set a Toro record with 73 extra points. Reese Bodily had 1,518 rushing yards, contributing to our best season since 2008. Brady Goodman broke several Toro records as our quarterback, with 3,075 passing yards, 43 passing touchdowns, and 54 total touchdowns. Amazing work. You make us proud to be Toros!

You must have at least a 3.25 gpa, community service/volunteer hours and involvement in schools clubs/activities. Applications are due back to counseling by Dec. 13 at 3:15 pm.

Toros-a few college reps will visit the Career Center soon. GCUs rep will visit Wednesday December 11th at 1st and 2nd hour for student appointments. December 12th a rep from Lincoln Tech Trade School in Denver visits at 3rd hour and December 13th a rep from Western New Mexico University visits at 2nd and 3rd hour. Hey Toros! Do you have any clothes that are too small? Anything you don't need or wear? Well, tis the season to give to the homeless in our community! Starting today, Monday, December 9th through the end of the semester, there is a red bin located in the cafeteria where you can bring clothing donations. Consider bringing lightly used clothes such as old jackets, shirts, and shoes that aren't used. All donations will be given to a person in need during this holiday season.
