Do you have a Talent like performing magic, playing the piano, dancing, singing, re-enacting an epic lightsaber duel, or anything else that you are proud or ashamed of? Do you want to flaunt your talent? Then sign up for the variety show! We have auditions Tuesday, April 9 after school! Stop by 1215 to scan the QR code to get your spot!

Reminder: Tomorrow is state testing for all freshmen and juniors; everyone else will work asynchronously. Freshmen and juniors, bring your fully charged laptop, charger, and school ID. The room list is posted outside the counseling office. Testing begins promptly at 8:15. You will be here until the 3:15 release time, and buses will run their regular schedule and all EVIT students are excused. You will not have access to your cell phones for the entire testing period. Room assignments are posted outside the counseling office. Be sure to check today!

April 9th will be ACT testing for all juniors, all others will work asynchronously. The testing will be all day, bring your ID, laptop, charger, and pencil. Buses will run their normal schedule and all EVIT students will be excused from EVIT.

Join us for a spooktacular evening with The Addams Family! Hosted by Mountain View High School Performing Arts, this delightful and kooky performance will take place on Thursday, April 4 and Friday, April 5th at 7:00pm as well as Saturday, April 6th at 2:00pm. Juniors! - Are you considering attending Arizona State University when you graduate from Mountain View? The ASU rep plans to visit the Career Center this Thursday, April 4th at 2nd hour to present on admissions, programs of study, scholarships, life on campus and to answer your questions! Sign up for the visit using the form found on the counseling site, in the Class of 2025 class on Canvas or stop by the Career Center to sign up. See you there!

Toros! A rep from Benedictine University Mesa will visit the Career Center on Wednesday at 6th and 7th hours to tell you about their campus in downtown Mesa, the programs they offer and scholarships and financial aid they specifically offer to graduates of MPS high schools! Sign up for the visit using the Career Center Events sign up on the Mountain View Counseling page, in Canvas or stop by the Career Center and Mrs. Simmonds will help you sign up. This is final week of March Madness in the library and for you to vote for Mountain View's favorite book of 2024. This week when you vote be sure to add your name to your ballot to entered in our drawing for prizes. Winners will be announced on Monday, April 8th.

NHS members, our April meeting will be this Thursday, during both lunches, in the south pod of the auditorium. All members need to be there to vote on our officers for next year. See you then!
