Teachers, please talk to your 2nd hour classes about sponsoring Christmas Families or Hope and a Future. Please refer to the email from Dr. Farmer yesterday about the differences then fill out the Google Form to let Student Council know so they can get families and names assigned out. 

Lets give a big congratulations to our first FAFSA raffle winner Sierra Chock who won 2 Free Winter Formal Tickets. You can be a winner too if you complete your Senior Punch Card. Once completed you can go into the Counselors office and turn into the front desk for a chance to win!

Calling all National Honor Society members, our November monthly meeting is TODAY during both lunches in room 726.

Juniors and seniors - Is GCU a college of interest? Do you have a 2.8 or higher gpa? Would you like to visit GCU's campus, take a tour, see the dorms and have lunch? Stop by the Career Center, room 1238, to see Mrs. Simmonds to pick up a permission form for a field trip to visit GCU's campus. The trip is scheduled for Friday, December 1st and permission forms are due back by November 21st. We will take 45 students on the trip and students will be signed up when they return the permission form. Stop by the Career Center if you have any questions.

Trailblazing Toros! Get outside with us! We're going to be discussing our first activity and our stickers this Thursday at lunch. Meet in 1127 during 4th lunch and 1141 during 5th lunch. We can't wait to go wild with you. 

Seniors! Are you planning to attend college or a trade school? Want to learn about the important first step in finding ways to help pay for that education? We are here to help! On Thursday, November 16th we will have reps from ASU, GCU and MCC here in the library to help you and your family learn about FAFSA and financial aid. There will be a short presentation, time for Q&A and also time to set up your FSA id. 2 sessions will be offered from 5-6 or from 6-7. Snacks will be offered. Spanish speaking reps will be available. Sign up today using the form on the Counseling page, in the Class of 2024 class in Canvas or stop by the Career Center to scan the QR code on the flyer on the Career Center door. See you there!
