  • This week is Prom Spirit Week! Wednesday is Dawgs out. Remember, no live animals, please, Denim Thursday and the Dance themes from the year Friday. The Dance themes were Out of this World, Swinfo/Summer, Rhyme without Reason, and Welcome to the Jungle. Hope to see everyone participate! 
  • Prom is this Saturday, April 22! Be sure to get your tickets now and avoid long wait times at the bookstore. Additionally, if you are bringing a non-Mountain View Guest, you need to get the permission slip into the bookstore no later than Wednesday. Get your form today and get it taken care of to avoid any embarrassing mishaps. And seniors, if by some chance you are not here next Friday for whatever reason such as an unsanctioned ditch, be sure to get your tickets by Thursday.
  • All freshmen, Tomorrow is the ACT. You will need to show your plastic ID as digital copies will not be accepted. If you need a new ID, visit the bookstore today. Be sure to check the list outside counseling for what classroom you are to report to. Be sure to be on time! For all others, Tomorrow will be an asynchronous day.
  • Do you have a talent for singing? How about dancing? Magic? Martial arts? Belly Dancing? Or Belly Dancing Martial Arts? Now is the time to show off your stuff! Be a part of this year’s Talent Show! Tryouts will be today after school and Wednesday the 19 th . The sign up is outside room 1215. Be sure to sign up today!
  • Toro Freshman Connect: We're having a meeting in Room 1124 on Thursday April 20 during both lunches. We will electing officers and brainstorming ideas for t-shirts and orientation activities. If you missed the first meeting and you want to join us, please come! 
  • There will be a driving permit class at Mountain View on Monday, April 24th. The class will begin at 3:20 in Room 307A. You may register online or in the bookstore. Please see Mr. Forster in Room 307A if you have registration questions.
  • Time is running out to sign up for the Poetry Slam. Read your favorite poem or share an original you have written or you can be part of the audience. Sign up in the library this week and bring your friends!
