  • Juniors and seniors! - This week we will have reps from NAU, BYU, ASU and the Savannah College of Art and design visiting Mountain View. They will be here to let you know about their schools, majors they offer, life on camps and to answer your questions about college! NAU will visit Tuesday 3/21 at 2nd hour. BYU and ASU will be here March 22nd. Savannah College of Art and Design vist March 23rd. Sign up for these visits using the Career Center Event sign up form in your class on Canvas, using the link on the counseling website or stop by the Career Center in room 1238 and Mrs. Simmonds will sign you up. Don't miss these great opportunities to meet with reps and learn about their schools! See you there! Toros!
  • Are you looking for a way to earn money?? Staff from Skateland will be here today over the lunch hours on the lunch patio and Golfland Sunsplash reps will visit Thursday, March 23rd at lunch to let you know all about job opportunities! Stop by their tables to learn more!
  • Juniors and Seniors! Need help figuring out what career might be a good fit for you? Do you know how your skills and interests line up with different jobs? The ASVAB Career Exploration tool can help you answer these questions. We will be offering the ASVAB at Mountain View next Wednesday, March 29th. You will be excused from class for the time you miss. Sign up for the ASVAB on the Counseling website, in the Career Center module in your Class in Canvas or stop by the Career Center in room 1238 and Mrs. Simmonds will help you sign up.

  • Hey students! Would you like to earn money and learn how to fix computers? Mesa Public Schools is hiring students to be summer tech interns! You must be at least 16 years old, be able to work 29 hours a week, and want to learn new skills that can be used in the world outside of school! If interested, come to the tech office to learn more!
  • Seniors! If you have completed the FAFSA application you will be entered into a give away for gift cards from target, Starbucks, sonic, and Chickfila. The amounts range from $10 to $20. You can still enter now so be sure to finish and submit your FAFSA as soon as possible! A QR code can be found on our bulletin board and on our Instagram page @mvt.fafsa.2023
