Final Transcripts

All colleges require an official transcript as part of the application process, and they will not accept it from you. You must request your transcript through Parchment (https://www.parchment.com) in order for the college to accept it.

A Message from Counseling

Students and parents should check their student's unofficial transcript by accessing StudentVue or ParentVue to ensure the student is on track for a May 2027 graduation. Click on course history and the blue tab reading, unofficial transcript. You may also reach out to your student’s counselor with questions.

Senior Yearbook Portraits

In order to appear in the yearbook, you MUST have your photo taken before Saturday, September 19th, 2026 at Lou Coopey OR on campus on Thursday, October 22nd, 2026 in Library Room A

Lou Coopey Flyer

Option 1 - Schedule an online appointment with Lou Coopey to have your portrait taken at the Mesa studio located at 202 N Lindsay Rd, Mesa, AZ 85213, before the September 19th deadline.
Click here to book your appointment, or go to www.loucoopey.com and click the "Book your Appointment" button.

Option 2 - Get your photo taken at school on, Thursday, October 22, 2026. This option does not require a deposit and will be a simple, quick yearbook photo. It is also your last chance to get your senior picture in the yearbook, so mark your calendars!

Key Information:

  • Seniors will need to come dressed to impress (Collared shirt, tie, suit jacket, dress, and/or professional blouse). If necessary, the studio will provide loaner jackets, ties, and drapes as needed.

  • Note: Seniors who do not make an appointment with Lou Coopey or take advantage of the on-campus senior portrait opportunity will not be included in the senior portrait section of the yearbook.

Order a Yearbook

Yearbooks can be pre-ordered through the Bookstore or through MPS Webpay until Spring Break. If you do not preorder a yearbook then there is no guarantee that your student will be able to get one at the end of the year. A very limited number of extra copies will be available in May, so preordering is your best bet!

The earlier you buy your yearbook, the less you will pay.

Graduation Essentials

Josten’s provides our graduation essentials. Our representative is James Smith (smithoffice@jostens.com).

The only thing your Senior really needs is the basic cap & gown package (which comes with a tassel). The absolute cheapest way to get this package is to attend our Road to College event (date TBD but usually mid September) and order it at the Josten's booth.

Josten’s also offers packages and things like grad announcements, shirts, letterman jackets, class rings, etc. but they are by no means necessary to graduate.

If there is a financial hardship, please speak to your counselor.

First Josten’s delivery will be mid April in the Flex Space.

**Self-purchased pins, cords, stoles, medallions, etc. may not be worn during graduation. A list of acceptable cords, stoles, and medallions will be provided to students at Senior Forum.

No air horns, clackers, beach balls, balloons, big heads, or anything else that may detract from commencement will be allowed and these items will be confiscated by security. You may leave items in your car and retrieve them for photos after the ceremony.

Families may join their graduate on the field after commencement ends. As students will not be allowed to have their cell phones with them, please arrange a meeting place ahead of time.

The field must be cleared within one hour of the end of the ceremony. Field lights will turn off.

All graduation attendees MUST adhere to MPS Clear Bag Protocol. There will be NO exceptions.

Reusable water bottles are ok. You may bring a small cooler with water ONLY.

We have limited parking available on our campus. As much as possible, please carpool. Be aware of fire lanes- we have towed vehicles that were parked in fire lanes and on sidewalks in years past!
